Accessing Results
- Go to Jobs in the sidebar
- Click on a completed job
- Click View Results
Results Table
The results table shows every processed row:| Column | Description |

| Row # | Original row number from CSV |
| Original Data | Key fields from your CSV (expandable) |
| Generated Output | AI-generated copy for each template |
| Confidence | Score based on input data quality (0-100) |
| Quality Flags | Issues detected in the output |
| Status | completed, failed, pending |
Pagination
Results are paginated for performance:- 50 results per page by default
- Navigate between pages
- Large jobs may have many pages
Sorting Results
Sort the results table by:- Row index — Original order (default)
- Status — Group by completed/failed
- Quality — Flagged items first/last
Filtering Results
Filter to find specific results:By Template
Show outputs from a specific template only
By Status
Show only completed or only failed
By Quality
Show only flagged or only clean outputs
Text Search
Search within outputs or original data
Common Filter Combinations

Click any row to expand and see:- Full original data (all columns)
- Complete generated output
- Detailed quality flag information
- Edit and re-run options
Understanding the Columns
Generated Output
The AI-generated text for each template. If you used multiple templates, each has its own output column.Confidence Score
A 0-100 rating of input data quality, not output quality:- 80-100: High — All key data present
- 50-79: Medium — Some data missing
- 0-49: Low — Significant data gaps
Low confidence means the AI had less context to work with. The output may be more generic.
Quality Flags
Automated warnings about potential issues. See Quality Flags for the full list.Status
- completed — Successfully generated
- failed — Error occurred
- pending — Not yet processed (job in progress)
